If you suspect that Stailee has violated your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure outlined below:

A. REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT:

Our policy is to promptly remove or block content (text, graphics, photos, etc.) that infringes third-party intellectual property rights and terminate service for repeat offenders. If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice of infringement to the Designated Agent below:

Identify the copyrighted work or intellectual property that's been infringed, along with registration number(s) if applicable. Specify the exact content you claim infringes your intellectual property and describe how it constitutes infringement. Provide your contact information: full name, address, phone number, email. Declare that you believe the disputed use isn't authorized by the rights holder or law. Confirm the accuracy of your information and your authorization to act for the rights holder. Include your electronic or physical signature.

B. ONCE WE RECEIVE A VALID INFRINGEMENT NOTICE:

We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

C. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCESS:

If we believe removed content isn't infringing or we have the right to use it, we'll send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent:

Identify the removed content and where it appeared on the website. State that we believe the removal was a mistake. Provide our contact information: full name, address, phone number, email. Declare that we consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court. Include our electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may send it to the original complainant and reinstate the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless a court order is filed against us. Note that misrepresenting infringement is liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
