Refund Policy

You have the choice to initiate returns within 30 days of receiving your items, provided they remain in their original packaging, unused, and in impeccable condition. We do provide refunds or replacements in the subsequent scenarios:

  • Damaged or subpar quality printed items.
  • Incorrect item or design dispatched.
  • Wrong-sized item dispatched.
  • Item not delivered within the stipulated timeframe (30 days for US orders, 60 days for international orders).

To initiate a replacement or refund, kindly reach out to us at support@stailee.com. Our support team will guide you through the requisite steps. Please note that replacements adhere to the standard processing and delivery duration (3 business days for processing and 5-10 days for delivery).

Refunds or replacements are not entertained in these instances:

  • Customer's selection of the incorrect size.
  • Package missing due to inaccurate shipping details provided.
  • Customer altering the order/shipping address after the product's production and dispatch.
  • Customer returns the product without notifying our customer service department.

INCORRECT SIZE ORDERS

Since your order is custom-produced for you, we cannot be held accountable for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting. Customers assume all sizing risks, and we provide a size chart on each product page to assist in making the right choice.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Order changes or cancellations can be accommodated only within 6 hours of placing the order. Beyond this 6-hour window, the order is already in production and cannot be altered.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS

In the case of a damaged, incorrect, or subpar-quality order, please furnish us with your order number and clear photos illustrating the issue, along with the QR code attached to the package. Send this information to support@stailee.com, and our support team will facilitate a reprint or refund.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Should your order fail to arrive within the specified timeframe (excluding processing time), reach out to us for a full refund. However, please be aware that this policy does not encompass errors arising from customers providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

TRACKING INDICATES DELIVERY BUT ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If the tracking confirms package delivery but you have not received it, we retain the right to dispatch a replacement. Refunds are solely applicable for successfully received orders.
