Wholesale Policy

Ordering:

For wholesale purchases, the minimum quantity required is 500 units. Please note that product availability and prices are subject to change based on seasonal factors.

Payment:

Payments are accepted through Paypal. All payments will be processed at the time of purchase.

Selling Our Products:

Products from Stailee must not be promoted or sold at prices below those indicated on our official website. When selling products in physical stores, they should adhere to the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price).

Private Labeling:

All purchases from Stailee are covered by our trademark and must display the Stailee name. Unauthorized selling of our products under a different name or reproducing products under this trademark is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations:

We aim to process orders within 3 business days, allowing a very limited window for cancellations. If your cancellation request is received before your order is processed, we will happily cancel it and provide a full refund. However, once the order is in progress, cancellation is not possible.

Order Modifications:

Due to processing time and inventory constraints, we are unable to accommodate changes to orders after they are placed. Please review your order thoroughly before finalizing it.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

We can only ship to the provided shipping address and are unable to ship to multiple addresses. If you require shipping to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Returns/Exchanges:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Returned Packages:

In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect address provided, re-shipping is not our responsibility. If this occurs, we will contact you for the correct address, and shipping and handling charges must be covered before resending.

Lost/Damaged Shipments by the Post Office:

We are not liable for errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us. We will guide you in initiating a claim with the USPS.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:

While we thoroughly inspect each product before shipping, there's still a chance of receiving a damaged item. Order errors can also occur due to human oversight. Please inspect your items upon receipt.

Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there are any issues with your order. Changes cannot be accommodated beyond the specified time frames stated in our policies.

Handling Damaged Replacements:

Upon notifying us of damaged items in your order, we'll work with you to resolve the matter. Kindly note that discounts cannot be provided for selling damaged items at a reduced price.
