We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouses from 3-5 business days!

Business Days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 2 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

At the moment, our shipping cannot delivery to US Military bases. We apologise in advance for this inconvenience.

 ORDER TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details.

You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 3 hours, your order will be processed for producing, stocking, packing and shipping and this cannot be undone. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number.

To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at support@stailee.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Stailee  is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Stailee  is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.
  • Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Stailee reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Return and Refund

EXCHANGE AN ORDER

Can I switch my order?

No. By the time an order is placed, customers will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item's size, design, quantity etc. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, address, material etc.  since it noted at our product page

Nevertheless, you can cancel your order immediately (within 3 hours since the order is placed), then place a new one of your choice. 

If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, an order could be canceled. Nevertheless, you can only cancel your order within 3 hours from purchasing time on the same day.

If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

Does the cancellation cost anything?

No

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What is the time window of the policy?

Our policy lasted for 72 hours since the delivery process is completed. 

Beyond those 72 hours the order will be considered as being accepted by the customer and no reimbursement may take place.

Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, which will not be included in the amount to be reimbursed.

When should I request a refund?

At Stailee, we want you to cherish our products as much as we do, which is the reason we stand behind our products' quality and assure our workmanship. We have low return rates and we are proud of the top-notch products that we offer. However, in any case, every once in a while, items might be damaged during shipping. If an item arrives in one of the following conditions, we will attempt to offer a refund. 

  • The product arrives defective,
  • The product arrives broken,
  • The product design is different from the one you ordered,
  • The product size is different from the one you ordered,
  • The product material is different from the one you ordered,
  • The product is not the one you ordered,
  • The product is different from how it was genuinely described.

When are products eligible for a refund?

Noticeably, returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed, ( Clothing )
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way,
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault,
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them,
  • The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily,

The item(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.

    What are the required proofs to claim a refund?

    • The receipt/shipping label 
    • Proof of purchase 
    • Proof of defective items
    • Screenshots of Emails we previously sent to you

    How should the request be processed?

    1. Customers send the Refund Inquiry to  support@stailee.com together with required documentation.

    2. Customers get response from the Customer Service Department within 2~3 business days regarding the eligibility of the Refund Inquiry. Turn on your email notifications, patiently wait for our response. 

    Further instructions will be provided depending on different circumstances. 

    Do I necessarily need to contact the Customer Service Department in advance?

    Absolutely. No refunds will be issued regardless of our email confirming the eligibility of your Refund & Return Request.

    Where should I return the item(s)?

    After you receive an email from us confirming the eligibility of your Refund Request.

    Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation through email because unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

    Before that, no refund is going to be issued. For such reason, please make sure to attach the Tracking Number from the Carrier you chose to return the item(s) to us in another email to the same email address –  support@stailee.com

    Customers will return the product to the warehouse for inspection and refund or exchange.

    Some products such as Clothing need to return to the warehouse in China.

    Some other products such as Home Decor Product need to return to the US address.

    For specific return address, please contact support before return.

    How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

    Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once the package reaches us, then, your requested refund will be issued immediately regardless of the return shipping fee that you previously purchased. 

    What should I do if none refund transaction is recorded in my bank account?

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You will receive your money in about 10 - 15 days depending on the policy of your card’s issuer.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at  support@stailee.com. Please, patiently wait for your respond within 2~3 business days.
